My name is Christine, and I have dedicated over 30 years to working with Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Throughout my career, I have bred these remarkable dogs and started several Cavalier-inspired projects. I've formally and common law trademarked multiple exclusive Cavalier brands, started an online store, created the Cavs, Coffee and Cocktails TM podcast on Spotify, and authored several Cavalier oriented books for children and breed enthusiasts, which are available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. My passion for Cavaliers is matched only by my commitment to my clients, who have always been the focus of our website, social media, and business.
Having spent most of my adult life in this field, I've gained extensive knowledge, particularly about the heart issues that affect many Cavaliers as they age. It's important for potential buyers to be aware of these concerns. I field a lot of phone calls every day asking if we have advice on Cavalier health and I'm happy to answer questions and concerns. If someone claims their Cavaliers are entirely free of murmurs and MVD, especially in older age, it's best to simply ask for verification from a veterinarian and cardiologist.

Back in the 90s, when we first started breeding, the process was quite different. We would place ads in local newspapers and publications, receive a phone call, schedule an appointment, and then wait for people to show up—this was before the days of cell phones and GPS. Purchasing ROYALFLUSHCAVALIERS.COM in 2000 was a major milestone for us, as it was still early in the internet era. To put it in perspective, companies like Walmart, Facebook, and even the White House secured their dot coms just a few years before, and less than half of U.S. households were even online. Despite owning the website, we primarily continued to rely on phone calls and newspaper ads for several years after until the internet became a household staple.

HOW IT WORKS
We notify you of available puppies or add you to the list for future puppies.
We cannot guarantee wait time as it is impossible to predict future litters, how many puppies, who will wait and so on.
When a puppy is available we begin the application process and once complete we take a small deposit.
The application is very straightforward and it gives us a chance to get to know the potential placement home.
Depositors are provided with a login and can view litters from birth through placement with our LIVE cam.
Note that LIVE cam is visual only. There is no audio since this camera is live in our home but you will see us daily on the feed.
We do not allow visitors until pups have their first vaccinations which is generally 6 to 8 weeks of age.
We do not expose newborn puppies to the general public and they must have their first shot before you can visit.
There will be no exceptions made on this policy.
Placement date is always determined by our veterinarian at their final exam.
Puppies see the vet at 7/8 weeks for their final exam and it is at this appointment where he makes the final call.
You will go home with a gift bag and all pertinent information needed for your first vet visit.

Many of our breeding dogs live with these clients, returning to us to be bred and later to whelp their puppies. This system allows for client involvement and ensures our dogs live as pets, and avoiding the need for retirement.

If a litter is raised by us, you’ll have access to our live cam for updates before you can visit in person. When a litter is raised with a trusted partner, we provide regular video updates and introduce you to the family involved. This approach allows us to meet the demands of our waiting list while maintaining the highest standards of care. It also creates a system of checks and balances to ensure every detail is covered, guaranteeing the best experience for both puppies and buyers.

Registration is for people purchasing to breed or show. If you are considering a puppy to breed or show, you must mention this in your initial email and not after purchase. Breed and show contracts are different than a pet purchase where you would not receive this. If you are looking to show or breed we will consider a dual ownership only We do a contract with dual so that we maintain control over how the lines are developed for the future.

Though we are not personally showing our dogs, we have placed some on show contracts that have been active in the show ring. We are currently seeking people that may be interested in participating in our new dual program The Champion Companion Cavalier Program TM is a program designed for people seeking a loving companion who are also interested in showing recreationally too. They provide comfort and companionship for emotional health, and encourage activity for better physical health. Cavaliers make excellent companions for senior citizens. Children raised with dogs learn responsibility, empathy and compassion, and studies have also shown that babies raised around dogs may also be healthier too. Pet ownership is a huge responsibility which is why we have a process. We want to collectively make the best decision for both you and the pup.
